Vegan doughs are made with flour, water and extra virgin olive oil.
The Barolo meat fillings contain sulphites and include a percentage of cheese, but meat options without cheese and without wine are also available.
Vegan plin are available in a vegetarian version.
Peanuts and nuts shown on the menu and, unless otherwise specified, are used only as a garnish and are not an integral part of the filling.
