Welcome to Plin & Tajarin, a place where you will enjoy the flavors of our land.
Our name comes from two traditional Piedmontese pasta types: PLIN, small stuffed pasta parcels sealed with a pinch, and TAJARIN, similar to tagliatelle but thinner, with a flat rectangular shape.
Our pasta is handmade and produced by us, just like all the other dishes you can taste.
The lab where we prepare the pasta is located in our kitchen, therefore we cannot 100% rule out cross-contamination with nuts or gluten during the preparation of the different dishes.
Please inform us in advance in case of allergies, intolerances to certain ingredients, or specific dietary needs.
You will find on the menu a list with the numbers relating to allergens contained in the fillings or in the sauces, click here to find out what they correspond to.
Before starting the meal, welcome appetizers will be served in harmony with the seasonal ingredients available.
