Plin & Tajarin will let you discover or rediscover the aromas and flavours of times long past…

The story of PLIN & TAJARIN begins in Levice, a small village in the province of Cuneo, heart of the Langhe and town of hazelnuts, the land our family comes from; there every celebration was honored by bringing “plin” to the table.  A dish for important occasions that made everyone feel like kings and queens. 

With the same love as my Mom Sandrina, my daughter and I keep kneading flour and eggs by hand, “rolling out” the dough to create an ultra-thin sheet, adding fillings, folding and pinching to give the agnolotto or, better yet, the “raviora” the typical look of plin. 

PLIN & TAJARIN will let you discover or rediscover the aromas and flavors of times long past, unique not only for the quality of the ingredients used, but even rarer and more precious because they contain an ingredient shared by every little jewel we make, an ingredient called love. An act of love, a treat for everyone.
