A place to discover or rediscover the authentic flavors of our land
Menu Plin & Tajarin Forever gives you the chance to taste all the courses on the list, the best of our culinary tradition.
With Menu Gourmet you will be able to try the excellences of Piedmontese raw meat, very renowned in Italy, with a tartare of Fassona and the sausage from Bra (a town where a special bovine sausage is produced), and two first courses.
The menus Plin & Tajarin, Green and Seafood allow you to taste one plin and one tajarin.
The Single Course menu is made for those who prefer just one course coming in a bigger portion of plin or tajarin to choose among those listed; 60 egg yolks for one kilo of wheat to prepare the dough enhance the consistency of the pasta and its taste.
Welcome to our “living room”. We’d love to guide you through a taste journey to let you discover or rediscover the flavors of our land of origin, Langhe, situated in the southern part of Piedmont, mixed with suggestions we borrowed from other cuisines during our trips.
Our name comes from two traditional types of Piedmontese pasta: PLIN, small stuffed ravioli sealed with a pinch, and TAJARIN, similar to tagliatelle but thinner, with a flat and rectangular shape.
All our plin and tajarin are handmade and immediately blast-chilled to preserve their nutritional quality and avoid preservatives.
Our pasta is handmade and produced in-house, just like all the other dishes you will be able to enjoy.
Before your meal begins, a selection of welcome appetizers will be served, inspired by the seasonal ingredients available.
